Peer Review - Totally welcomed. Please be specific about disputes and discrepancies. I have received either positive feedback or bulk unspecific disagreement. I have an Associates in Applied Science, Gemological certification, and decades of self study on the physical sciences. I do not have access to peer review, currently without buying it. That doesn't seem like science. So I self publish using Creative Commons Licensing to share my scientific "theory" under the presumption...If it is right, it is right.
