Remaining present in the here and now is paramount to a happy life. Wondering about the past (including lives) or worrying about the future (or a future self) will cause a tremendous amount of turmoil whether its through depression or anxiety.


Meditation and physical activity ground our mental state. They bring our attention to a specific time and place and provide clarity and peace. They also allow the body and mind to rest, heal and strengthen.


WE CANNOT ATTEMPT TO DECIPHER and SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO MANIPULATE a past or present life. All we can do is make the right choices in the here and now to survive fulfill our purpose without ruining everything and everyone around us. Live for the now, but be aware your choices in your intention and physical interaction with others impacts your existence as a whole and lays the foundation for your focus on reality.
